These Terms explain the common conditions for using AzureIR and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AzureIR, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

AzureIR provides identity security monitoring, analytics, alerting, and reporting capabilities for Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Entra environments.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
  • You are responsible for activity performed under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and current information for account administration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

  • Attempting unauthorized access to systems, data, or other customer tenants.
  • Using the service in violation of applicable law or regulation.
  • Interfering with service integrity, availability, or security controls.

5. Customer Data

You retain ownership of your data. You grant AzureIR the limited rights needed to process data solely to provide and support the service.

6. Privacy and Security

Data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect service data.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, or modify the service and these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date.

8. Fees and Billing

Paid plans, if applicable, are billed under the pricing terms agreed at purchase. Taxes, renewals, and payment obligations are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

9. Intellectual Property

AzureIR and its underlying software, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred except as expressly granted.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, except where warranties are expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate service use according to applicable contract terms. Upon termination, access may be suspended and data handling will follow retention/deletion policies.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law as agreed in your governing contract. If no separate contract exists, local jurisdiction may apply.
